Raising Your Vibration: The Power of Love and Gratitude


Have you ever felt like you're stuck in a negative mindset? Like you just can't seem to shake off that feeling of shame, guilt, or fear? It's important to remember that our emotions are not fixed states, but rather a spectrum of frequencies that we can consciously shift and raise.


At the bottom of the spectrum, we have shame, guilt, and grief, which vibrate at frequencies of 20 Hz, 30 Hz, and 75 Hz respectively. These emotions can be heavy and overwhelming, but it's important to recognize that we don't have to stay in these states. By acknowledging our emotions and practicing self-forgiveness, we can move up the frequency spectrum.


As we move up, we encounter fear, desire, and anger, which vibrate at 100 Hz, 125 Hz, and 150 Hz respectively. These emotions can be powerful motivators, but it's important to channel them into positive actions rather than letting them consume us.


At the higher end of the spectrum, we have pride, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace, and enlightenment, which vibrate at frequencies of 175 Hz, 250 Hz, 310 Hz, 350 Hz, 400 Hz, 500 Hz, 540 Hz, 600 Hz, and 700 Hz respectively. These emotions are associated with positive experiences such as self-love, compassion, happiness, and inner peace.


So how do we raise our vibration and experience these higher frequencies? One powerful tool is gratitude. By focusing on the things we're grateful for, we can shift our mindset from one of lack to one of abundance. This can be as simple as taking a few minutes each day to write down the things we're thankful for, or expressing gratitude to those around us.


Another powerful tool is love. By practicing self-love and showing kindness to others, we can raise our vibration and experience the joy and peace associated with the higher frequencies. This can be as simple as giving ourselves a compliment or doing something kind for someone else.


Remember, our emotions are not fixed states, but rather a spectrum of frequencies that we can consciously shift and raise. By practicing gratitude and love, we can raise our vibration and experience the positive emotions associated with the higher frequencies.
